Extended Access at Church Lane Surgery from 1st of April 2022 onwards

Every fortnightly Saturday between 09:00 to 15:00hrs.

As part of Enhanced services access, we are open on every fortnightly Saturday between 09:00 to 15:00. During this extended hours, our clinicians provide support for pre-booked appointments. However the surgery telephone is diverted to our out-of-hours service provider to ensure all patients care is covered. If you would like to know more details about the enhanced access, please speak to reception team at Church Lane Surgery.

Out of Hours Service

Between 18:00 and 08:15, Monday to Friday, and all day at weekends and on Bank Holidays your call will be redirected to the NHS 111 service.

Out of hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
