How To Request An Appointment

You can request an appointment in the following ways:

• Online by visiting the Consulting Room
• Using our online services – NHS App. If you are not registered for online services and you would like to register, please complete our Register For Online Services Form.
• By calling the practice on 0121 783 2861

All doctors appointments are triage only. The GP will make a decision on whether the patient needs to be seen face to face.

HCA and nurse appointments can be booked in advance of up to 7 days.

Make the Most of Your Appointment

• You may not need to see a doctor; ask what services the Nurse/HCA can provide?
• Make a list of questions before your consultation.
• Ask the doctor to clarify anything down that you do not understand.

Cancelling An Appointment

If you are unable to keep an appointment please let us know using our Cancel An Appointment Triage as soon as possible, this may enable someone else to be seen.
